Bond is an agentic coding platform from Neuro that helps anyone build, edit, and work with software using natural-language instructions.

Today, October 6, 2026, we’re releasing Bond v1.0.0-beta.1, our latest beta release from Neuro.
Bond is an agentic coding platform for Windows designed to help people build, edit, and work with software using natural-language instructions. Whether you are an experienced developer or someone with little coding knowledge, Bond is designed to make working with software more accessible.
We built Bond around a simple idea: you should be able to describe what you want to build, and your AI agent should help you make it happen.
Instead of using AI only as a chatbot, Bond works directly with your project. It can understand project context, work with files, search through your codebase, make changes, and use developer tools as part of an agentic workflow.
This makes Bond more than a conversational AI interface. It is designed to be a practical environment for building and working with software.
At Neuro, we focus on building systems that turn ideas into useful technology.
Bond is part of that direction. We are exploring how AI agents can become more capable software-building tools while keeping the experience simple and accessible.
We want Bond to work for developers who already understand code, while also giving people without a programming background a way to experiment with software and turn ideas into working projects.
Bond v1.0.0-beta.1 includes:
Bond gives users control over the AI models and providers they choose to use, allowing them to connect supported providers through their own API keys.
Traditional coding assistants are often designed around helping developers write individual pieces of code.
Bond takes a broader approach.
You can give Bond a goal in natural language and let the agent work with the project to understand what needs to be done. The goal is to reduce the amount of manual work required to move from an idea to a working software project.
For experienced developers, this can mean a faster development workflow.
For people who are new to programming, it can provide a more accessible way to start building software.
Bond v1.0.0-beta.1 is an early release.
We are actively improving the platform, fixing issues, improving agent reliability, and learning from how people use Bond in real projects.
Feedback from early users is an important part of this process. We want to understand where Bond works well, where it struggles, and what we should build next.
This release is only the beginning.
We plan to continue improving Bond's agent capabilities, reliability, model support, project understanding, and overall user experience.
Our long-term goal is simple:
Make software building more accessible, more capable, and more natural.
We believe AI can do more than answer questions about code. It can become part of the process of turning ideas into working systems.
That is what we are building with Bond.
Bond v1.0.0-beta.1 is available for Windows.
